I purchased the Oral B Smart Series 5000 nearly three years ago and it still works perfectly. The viewer is great so you know exactly how long to brush in each part of your mouth. My dentist actually recommended this to remove all of my extra plaque. I am a smoker and coffee drinker but I am also obsessed with having clean teeth and this thing really works.

I’ve been using an Oral B 4000 since the introduction of the 3-D Excel model many years ago. I love the two speeds and the two different brush heads. The brush recommended for everyday use is the flossing head, the other one is for polishing. Feels like you have just left the dentist’s office after each use.

I never gave much thought to owning a toothbrush that cost more than $7 but we have had this system for 2 months now. The only thing I can say is that this toothbrush rocks. Just got back from the dentist after not going for a year, I started using this toothbrush about a month or two ago.
